Our policies

We require proper golf attire in good taste and condition while on the course and practice areas. Gentlemen: Shirts with collars, and shorts or slacks of appropriate length. Please avoid denim, cutoffs, and gym shorts. Ladies: Shirts with collars (golf shirts without collars must have sleeves), and slacks, shorts, skorts, or capris of appropriate length. Please avoid denim, cutoffs, and gym shorts.

Footwear: Golf shoes with soft spikes are allowed—metal spikes are not. Athletic shoes and shoes without heels are acceptable.

Golfers must be age 6 or older to play or ride along at SentryWorld. All golfers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Ride-along individuals who are not playing are allowed on the course for a fee. Non-golfing walkers are not allowed unless the course is reserved for a tournament.

You must be 16 or older and hold a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart. The driver is responsible for any damages to the cart.

Carry-in coolers are prohibited in accordance with state liquor licensing laws [WI Statute 125.32(6)]. All refreshments must be provided by SentryWorld—no outside food or beverage is permitted. Each golf cart is equipped with a cooler for your convenience.

We may pair up golfers to maximize tee time availability when necessary.

We’re unable to accommodate groups of more than four golfers per tee time.

Rain alone may not close the course for play. When inclement weather does close the course, we’ll issue rain checks for holes not completed. We will not issue refunds.

We require a credit card to reserve your tee time. Cancellations for groups of more than 4 golfers must be received a minimum of 30 days in advance of tee times. For groups of 4 golfers or less, cancellations must be received a minimum of 14 days in advance. Cancellations not received by the above times and no-shows will be charged in full.
